Do you authenticate your products?
We will authenticate your item for free through credible authentication companies if the item is valued at $500 or more. We want to make our best effort to provide honest and real products to our customers while not wasting anyones time in the process. Therefore, we can provide an Authenticity Certificate at the time purchase. This will be in addition to any Proof of Purchase you can provide yourself, although, that is not required.
What does "Brand New and Unworn" Mean?
Shoes: "Brand new and unworn" means the item comes with the original box, lid and label showing the size and sku. This may or many not include additional accessories (such as laces, shoe tag or stickers) that were included in the original box or package at the time of purchase. Since our brand new items are usually deadstock or through a collector, there may be some damage to the original box or discoloration due to storage and/or aging. This includes signs of yellowing, elasticity loss, structural weakness, or a lack of durability. Receipts are not required as proof of purchase, although that would be welcomed. Items listed as brand new and unworn cannot be guaranteed as perfect, just as a regular store cannot guarantee a perfect product due to manufacturing differences.

What does "Used" Mean?
We try to be as specific as possible with the description of the items. We do our best to note every mark or detail that we can see with our eyes (no matter how small). With that said, we are only human and sometimes, our eyes might miss something. You can expect that with every used item, it will likely show some kind of wear, even if it is hard to notice with the naked eye.

All used items are throughly inspected, noted and cleaned. If needed, they are also dry-cleaned.
